Returns Policy

Returns are *conditionally* accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Free returns can NOT be processed for fit Please keep in mind that preloved clothes age differently according to previous owner use/wash/wear so measurements are SUPER important! Therefore the buyer is responsible for checking measurements before bidding. Flat-lay measurements are included in the listing--check this against a relevant piece of clothing that fits you (pants, a jacket, shoes etc). I list what is on the inner size tag and I provide measurements--that’s the best I can do!

Unlisted damage, yes All articles are obsessively checked for wear, damage and stains in two lighting conditions but it's still possible to miss something; if this is the case a return will be accepted. Keep in mind these are used clothes so light wear is to be expected in all cases unless the description says otherwise.

If we just screwed up and sent the wrong thing, yep you can get a replacement or a full return with free return shipping.

Returns accepted for any reason if... If you are truly unhappy with your purchase a return/refund is possible but you must pay for shipping and the item must arrive with any tags and in the original condition it was sold in. A $3 re-stocking fee will also be applied.
